In plain words
It only applies to a dedicated person, because only there do we bill the person's hours. As the agents take more of the routine work, the person needs fewer hours for it.
Those hours are bought back: the month's bill shows one credit line for them. The hours themselves are listed in the hours report, task by task, so you can see what moved.
Month 6, a dedicated bookkeeper
The agents took 10 hours a week of matching and bill entry. The hours report lists those hours by task, and the month's bill carries one credit line for them. Prices are set on a call.
In our model
Dedicated person only. On your own payroll you set the hours yourself, and the hours report shows who did what.
