We put forward candidates for the finance job you posted, and we build and run the software agents they work with. One company to deal with, start to finish.
Hire: the person joins your payroll, we place them and train them on the agents, and the agents are billed monthly. Dedicated person: we employ them, they work only for you, and as the agents take hours we buy them back and your bill goes down. Same person, same agents; what changes is who employs the person. Compare the two.
It depends which of the two ways you pick. Dedicated person: we employ them and they work only for you, so payroll, benefits and cover are ours. Hire: you hire them, you pay them, you direct them like any employee, and we place them, supply the agents they work with and train them on it.
Yours. QuickBooks or Xero, set up the way it is today, and 15 systems in all. We do not require a switch, and changing systems is never a condition of working with us. If you ever decide to move, we move the data and check it against the old books line by line, but that is your decision and a separate conversation.
Yes. Keep the person you hired and put them on our agents, with no placement fee. Or keep your whole team as it is and we put the agents to work for them. How that works.
Every candidate goes through four checks before their resume reaches you. Qualified: years in the systems your posting names, plus the degree or certificate it asks for. Skilled: a timed test on sample books, a bank reconciliation and a month-end close. Clear: a recorded call and a written answer, in plain English. Checked: references and identity.
Yes. You meet named people with real resumes, and interviewing is free. You pay nothing until you pick someone.
The person you pick, plus the people who check their work. Each one signs in with a second code on top of a password and works only inside your own software, and your data is encrypted when it moves and when it is stored.
They work with your team during your business day, in your tools.
A replacement from our network. The agents stay and the routine work keeps running, so nothing leaves with the person. Your books stop living in one person's head.
The repeatable parts of the job: categorizing transactions, matching bank and card lines, chasing the documents a close is waiting on, flagging the exceptions a person needs to look at. They do the work rather than suggest it, and a person checks the result. What they never do is make the judgment calls, which is exactly why there is still a person on the seat either way. Task by task.
Your person checks every agent result before it reaches you, and owns the books. Anything that moves money waits for a person to approve it.
By the 10th. Every bank and card account reconciled, month-end closed and financial statements in your hands by the 10th of the next month. See month-end close.
Usually not. Bank feeds, bills, invoices and month-end all run remotely once someone has access to your software. Where part of the role genuinely is physical, opening mail, deposits, the front desk, a local part-time person covers those hours and you pay accountant rates only for accountant work. Check your posting.
Yes. Every month you get an hours report: what the agents did and what the person did, task by task. And your books are in your own software, so you can look at them whenever you like.
Within the month. Week 1 is access and procedures, week 2 is guided work against your current process, week 3 onward is full production. We never promise a start inside a week. A real handover takes longer than that, and anyone promising otherwise has not thought about what happens at your first close.
Week 1: you create a user in your own software and we write down how your books actually run, task by task from your posting. Week 2: real transactions, with your current process running beside ours so mistakes show up in days. Week 3 onward: the first close on the new rhythm, checked before it reaches you. The first 30 days, in detail.
Try the person and the agents for the first month. If it does not feel right, we buy back every hour they and the agents worked. After that, a Dedicated person is month to month, and because your books never left your own software, leaving is a handover rather than a rescue. Under Hire, the placement is guaranteed for six months: a replacement from our network, or the fee back as credit against the agents fee. Your choice.
No. The agents fee is month to month, and your books live in your own software the whole time, so leaving is a handover, not a rescue.
Nothing moves, because nothing ever left. Your books live in your own software the whole time. You switch off our user and the handover is done.
It is priced from your posting: the role, the hours that still need a person, and which of your duties the agents take on day one. We give you that number on the first call, in writing, before anything starts. To compare, see what the seat costs you today with the seat cost calculator.
Two reasons, and neither is that the people are cheap. First, the routine work runs on software, so the hours you buy go to the work that actually needs a person. As the software takes more, you buy fewer hours. Second, with a dedicated person you are not paying for a whole seat when you need part of one: no payroll tax, no benefits, no recruiting fee on your side.
It should. On a dedicated person, every hour the agents take comes off your bill that month: the hours buyback. On your own hire, hand the person back in the six months after the first month and the whole placement fee comes back as credit against the agents fee.
No. We work through a user you create in your own software and can switch off in one click. We never ask for your password.
No. Your data is never used to train anything and never combined with another client's.
Not yet, and we will not show a badge until we do. Ask on the call and we will walk through exactly how access is set up for your books. How your books are handled.
