Agents for your whole team

Keep your whole team as it is. We put the same agents to work inside your own QuickBooks or Xero, and train your people to use them. The routine work runs on software, and the people you hired spend their hours on the work that needs a person.

How it starts

Your person, on the agents, inside the month.

The same careful handover as any seat we fill, without the search. Nothing changes in your books in the first week.

Step 1 · 20-minute call

Tell us who you hired

The role, the software, and the task list the job was posted with. We sort it: what software does from day one, and what stays with your person.

Step 2 · week 1

A user you create

You create a user for us in your own QuickBooks or Xero, and switch it off whenever you like. We write down how your books actually run.

Step 3 · week 2

Agents beside your process

The agents start on the routine tasks, with your current process as the check, so anything wrong shows up in days. Your person learns to check the agents' work.

Step 4 · by the 10th

The first close on the new rhythm

The agents and your person run the close. Your person checks it before you see it. The first 30 days

Who takes which duty

What moves to the agents, and what your person keeps.

The agents take the work that has a right answer. Your person keeps the rest, and checks every result the agents produce.

Stays with your person

  • Month-end close
  • Financial statements by the 10th
  • Judgment calls and your questions
  • Review of every agent entry
  • Sales tax filings

Plus the work that was not getting done before. Freed hours are yours to point wherever you need them.

What changes, and what does not

Nobody is replaced. The routine moves.

Your people, your payroll and your software stay exactly where they are.

Stays the same

Your people, your payroll, your software

  • Nobody is replaced. Your hire keeps their job and their pay.
  • Nothing moves out of your QuickBooks or Xero.
  • You keep directing the work, like you do today.

Who does the routine

  • Matching bank and card lines, entering bills, sending invoices and chasing documents move to software.
  • Your people check the results instead of typing them.
  • You get a monthly breakdown of who did what.
What you pay

One line. The person is already paid.

Your hire stays on your payroll at the pay you agreed. The only new line is the agents.

Easy to walk back, on purpose.

Your person was yours before we arrived and stays yours after. So the only thing to undo is the agents.

The software is not worth it

We leave. Your person stays.

The agents fee is month to month. Switch off our user and your books carry on in your own software, exactly where they always were.

Your person leaves

The routine keeps running

The routine lives in the agents, not in one person's head, so nothing leaves with them. If you need the seat filled again, we can put forward named candidates. How a hire works

Questions owners ask before adding agents

The worries that decide it, answered in writing.

Why is this the cheapest way to work with you?

No placement fee. The question of who the person is has already been answered, so you pay only for the agents on the routine work.

Will my person feel replaced?

Nobody is replaced. Your person keeps their job and their payroll. The routine moves to software, and they spend their hours on the work that needs a person: the close, the judgment calls, your questions.

What if my person quits?

The agents stay and the routine work keeps running, so nothing leaves with them. If you want the seat filled again, we can put forward named candidates, the same as for any posting.

What if the agents make a mistake?

Your person checks every agent result before it reaches you and owns the books. Anything that moves money waits for a person to approve it. In the first weeks your current process runs beside the agents, so a mistake shows up in days, not at close. Your person fixes it, and the agents learn from the fix.

Who is responsible if a mistake costs us money?

Your person owns the result and fixes it. We go through what we cover, in writing, on the first call.

Can our CPA see everything?

Yes. Your books stay in your own QuickBooks or Xero, so your CPA keeps their own login and sees every entry, including the ones the agents made. Every month you also get an hours report of who did what, which you can pass on.

Do my person's hours change?

That is your call. They are your employee, so you set the hours. Freed hours are yours: point the person at work that was not getting done, or, if there is nothing to move them to, pay for fewer hours.

Who owns the books and the data?

You do. Your books live in your own software the whole time. We work through a user you create and can switch off in one click. We never ask for your password, and your data is never used to train anything. How your books are handled.

Which software do the agents work in?

Yours. QuickBooks or Xero, set up the way it is today. We do not require a switch, and changing systems is never a condition of working with us. The software we work in.

How do we leave?

Switch off our user. The agents fee is month to month, your person stays, and your books never left your software, so leaving is a handover, not a rescue.
