Hours report

Our term. A monthly breakdown of who did what in your seat: the hours of work the agents did and the hours the person did, task by task.

In plain words

Every month you get one page that shows the work done in your seat, split between the agents and the person. It is how you see the routine share moving to software over time.

It comes with both ways of filling the seat. With a dedicated person, it is also the basis for the hours buyback on your bill.

Example

Month 6, one bookkeeper seat

Full-time monthAbout 173 hours
Done by the agents60 hours
Done by your person113 hours

Example figures. Your report lists each task.
