This site has no sign-up and no forms.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site: which pages they read, where they click, and recordings of visits. We also use RB2B, a service that may match a business visitor to a public professional profile, such as a LinkedIn page. To opt out, block cookies or use your browser's tracking protection, or email patrick@openheadcount.ai and we will delete what we hold about you.

If you email us at patrick@openheadcount.ai, we keep your message and your address so we can answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

If you become a client, how your financial data is handled is set out in the agreement you sign before any work starts. Some of the people who do and check this work are outside the United States. Every one of them signs in with a second code on top of a password, works only inside your own software, and your data is encrypted when it moves and when it is stored. You approve that in writing before any work starts, and tax work never leaves the country without your separate written consent.
