How it works · who covers what
You posted a finance role. Here is everything that seat needs, and who covers each part.
A finance seat is not one job. It is eight things stacked on top of each other, from being in the building down to the books themselves. Pick a way to fill the seat and read down the column.

About row 1, presence
We do not staff the building. Most posted on-site finance roles turn out not to need it: bank feeds, bills, invoices and month-end run remotely once someone has access. Where part of the role really is physical (mail, deposits, the front desk), a local part-time person covers those hours and you pay accountant rates only for accountant work. If you need one full-time person in the building, we are not the right fit, and we will say so on the first call.
About row 8, your data
Your books stay in your own QuickBooks or Xero either way. If you ever decide to change systems, we move the data and check it against the old books line by line. That is your decision and never a condition of working with us.
The last bookkeeper you'll hire.
A staffing firm earns more the longer the seat stays full. We earn when the routine work moves to software, so the seat gets smaller over time and your bill follows it.
